Frequently Asked
Below are some of the most commonly asked questions
I don’t know what to book in for, please help?
We provide a complimentary consultation at a time that suits you. One of our stylists will access your hair and have a chat about what you like and dislike. Visual aids may be used and everything from start to finish will be discussed in detail. So anything that you want to ask please do and we can help you book in for what you need.
Will hair extensions damage my own hair?
No. We pride ourselves on our hair extension application and once maintained as recommended there is no issue. Aftercare and regular check ups ensure your hair and the extensions health. Our hair is 100% natural and the bond has been formulated using a special blend of polymers that replicate the molecular structure of keratin. Keratin is a protein from which natural hair is made so if your extensions are maintained in the recommended way, no problems should occur.
Do I have to get a full head of hair extensions?
You can have as many extensions as you need to achieve the look you want – even a few simple strands can make a huge difference. Either a splash of colour or add a little more volume. The possibilities are endless – visit our gallery for more inspiration.
What happens if i'm late for an appointment?

Is it possible to get a gift voucher?
Yes! Gift Cards are available and can be used for all services and retail products.
Do I need to get skin tested for my colour even though I have my hair coloured for years?
It’s essential you get a skin test before a hair colouring appointment. … Anybody can be allergic to a colour, and in the most severe cases, an allergic reaction to hair dye can result in hospitalisation or even death. If we didn’t carry out skin tests, we wouldn’t be complying with our duty of care to our clients.
Are hair extensions difficult to style?
Because the extensions are 100% human hair they can be treated in just the same way as your own hair –straighten, curl, perm and even colour . However, we do recommend using a recommended styling range of products to help keep the hair in tip top condition.
How do the hair extensions get removed?
You need to the salon to do this. If extensions are not removed properly damage will occur. We have specially formulated removal gel and when applied this gel gently breaks down the bond along with the removal tool, the stylist is able to slide the bond down your own hair with no damage to your own hair.
Why do i have to pay a deposit?
We may request a deposit or prepayment to secure your appointment if it exceeds 60 minutes or is booked for a busier time. This helps ensure that our stylists time isn’t unfairly taken up by people who are unlikely to turn up for the appointment. Deposits are fully refundable and transferable when you give us 48 hours notice to move or cancel your appointment.
